European funding through the Leader Programme
Following successful application planning permission was granted and we got the go ahead from building standards.
We erected a comfortable wooden cabin, adjoining kennel facilities and storage to enable Sheepdog enthusiasts to come and stay and work their dogs.

The new cabin is located at Glenormiston in Smiddyhill field which runs beside the A72 Innerleithen to Peebles road.

The units came down on a low loader and put on to dolly wheels so that the tractor could pull it on to site.
